For the safety of yourself, your children and others, we have a number of rules we ask all visitors to adhere to:
Tower of Fun - Rules
Children must be supervised at all times by their parent/carer. Our staff are here to ensure the facilities are clean and tidy and to monitor use of the equipment. They are at no time responsible for the supervision of children.
Age and height restrictions are in force for the safety of your children and are displayed clearly in each area. Please encourage your children to use appropriate equipment.
Shoes must be removed before entering the play centre and socks must be worn at all times. Wearing of trousers and long sleeves is recommended.
Food, Drink and Personal items (eg mobile phones, sharp objects, jewellery, money) must not be taken onto the play equipment. All personal items should be kept safe. Tower of Fun cannot accept any liability for loss, theft or damage.
No Cameras or Video Cameras are allowed in the play centre. Permission must be obtained by our staff to use them in the private party rooms only.
Only food and drink purchased at Tower of Fun may be consumed on the premises. No Food, Drink, Sweets or Chewing Gum allowed on the play equipment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
All accidents must be reported to a member of staff and recorded in our accident book. Inappropriate behaviour or inadequate parental supervision may result in an accident.
Sick or ill children must not use the play equipment
If your child has an ‘accident’ (ie, Vomits or Urinates) in the play equipment, please report immediately to the nearest member of staff who will secure and clean the area appropriately.
Guests who do not follow our rules will be asked to leave. We will not tolerate disruptive, destructive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour towards other customers or our staff.
